The value of range
Business challenges rarely stay within one function.
A strategic decision can affect customers, products, operations, organizational capacity, capital, and execution. I bring a cross-functional perspective developed over more than three decades—helping leaders understand the whole challenge, identify what matters most, and move from uncertainty to informed action.
